Order infos
Prices are given in Euro without VAT. 19% VAT-Germany is applied to those customers, who dispose of a permanent residence within the EU member states and do not have a valid VAT-identification number. For all those who run their proper business, their VAT-Id.-No. must be communicated at the time of order. It will be marked on the order if tax exoneration shall be granted.
Discount: discount is granted and related to the order volume:
- discount of 3% for taking 3 - 10 sets/pairs/pieces
- discount of 5% for taking 11 - 25 sets/pairs/pieces
- discount of 7% for taking 26 - 50 sets/pairs/pieces
- discount of 10% for taking 51 -100 sets/pairs/pieces

Minimum order: the minimum order we handle is Euro 100.00 net value ex works
Order handling charges: a fee of Euro 15.00 is levied on small orders < Euro 200.00 net ex works.
Transport and Cost of Transport: we collaborate with various transport specialists such as DHL, German Mail as well as several international forwarders. Air freight leaves from Frankfurt Int'l Airport, 20 km away from us. Cost for transport has to be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon. Cost is quoted on a price cost basis which means: we identify the cheapest bid and charge you only the true cost we are being charged by the forwarder/transport agency. Alternatively, the buyer is free to organize the pick up of his goods in our yard.
Terms of payment: regular payment is prepayment. For standard items it can be cash on delivery (COD). For exports prepayment is required. It is the regular mode of payment for smaller orders. For large value, an irrevocable letter of credit (LC) is necessary. More details upon request.
